Barcode Labels and Tags

For suppliers with a small range of products requiring barcoding, labels or tags may be purchased pre-printed with the relevant data. These may be hand applied to products or packaging as required.

Self-adhesive labels may be supplied with a wide range of adhesives and face materials to allow a huge variety of products to be labelled including card, plastic, metal, glass and many other surfaces. Paper and synthetic labels can be supplied.

For products that a self-adhesive label cannot be applied to, card or plastic tags may be purchased and attached to the product in a variety of ways.

In-house Label or Tag Printing

For many applications the use of pre-printed labels or tags will be prohibitive due to the number of different products or if new products are frequently introduced. In these cases it usually makes sense to print labels or tags in-house. Our range of thermal transfer printers includes low-cost models designed for printing short runs of labels in office or light-industrial environments as well as mid-range and heavy-industrial, high speed printers capable of printing thousands of labels an hour around the clock.

Within this range there are printers to suit all applications and budgets. Label design software is included free of charge with all printers.

Automatic Labelling Systems

In high-volume manufacturing environments, applying labels by hand may not be practical or may prove expensive. Our range of automatic and semi-automatic labellers allows a wide variety of products to be labelled on-line without affecting production throughput.

Standard systems are available for labelling most flat, cylindrical and oval products. For special applications where a standard system cannot be used, we can design and build a customised system for the majority of applications.
