The LabelTek 221TB system labels the top and bottom of flat products in one operation. Two 150mm wide labelling heads apply labels up to 150 x 300mm at conveyor speeds up to 40m/min (666mm/sec).

 

A wide variety of products can be labelled on the integrated 180mm-wide conveyor. Efficiency is maintained during product changes with simple tool-free adjustments for the conveyor and applicator.

 

The touch screen control panel allows system settings to be easily and quickly changed using an intuitive operator interface. Settings can be stored for the most common 30 products for quick recall on product changes.

 

A built-in counter can either run freely keeping track of the number of products labelled or can be used in batch mode where the labeller automatically stops when the desired number of products have been labelled.
